At REPRESENT, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid DHL or FedEx return label provided via the portal.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at an authorized service point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through our logistics partner's website.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
